  • If my chosen villa is booked are you able to recommend other villas?
  • Please check the availability of all our homes - you may find another to suit your needs. Just complete the Contact Us form and remember to include the dates you are looking to book.
  • Are towels and linens provided?
  • Yes - all linens and towels are provided, including towels for the pool area. There is also a washer and dryer. We ask that you supply your own linens for the crib.
  • What form of payment do you accept?
  • We accept personal checks, cashiers checks or money orders in US Dollars and British Pounds. We can also accept credit card payments through PayPal (there is an additional 4% charge for this service).
  • What time is check in/check out?
  • Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. If different times are important to you then please ask and we will do our best to help.
  • How do I get the keys?
  • We have a secure lock box on the house and we will email you the combination when the balance of your rental has been received.
  • Does the villa have a telephone?
  • Yes and for the 5 bed homes on Windsor Palms and Solana all local, long distance and even international calls are free.
  • Are there shops and restaurants nearby?
  • Although the resorts are in a quiet residential areas, Highway 192 is 3 minutes drive away from Windsor Palms and Solana is very close to Highway 27. You will find everything that you need there - the choice is endless!
  • Will I need the pool heating?
  • This is a matter of personal choice but we would suggest it will be needed from October to the end of April. The swimming pool heater works in relation to air temperature - so if you experience a cold Floridian day the pool temperature may not be as warm as you would like.
  • Is everything included in the rental price I have been quoted?
  • Yes. We always quote a price inclusive of tax. If you have requested pool heat then this will also be included. All the resort facilities (except the shuttle transportation) are included and you can use them as often as you wish.
  • Where do I get tickets, what restaurant would you recommend, what it the weather like, can I have advice on which attractions I might like....?
  • We have years of experience in this area. If you have any questions please e-mail us and we will be happy to answer if we can.
  • What if I need assistance during my stay?
  • All the homes have the facility of a professional management company who are on 24 hour call. All the details will be in the villa for you.
  • What facilities are in the houses for children?
  • The houses are very family friendly and we provide play yard crib, highchair, nightlight, PlayStation 2, DVDs, books, games, CD player, VCR and plenty of cable TVS. So there should be something for everyone! All the villas have alarms on the pool doors and with the exception of the 4 bed home on Windsor Palms all the houses have a pool safety fence.
  • What is your smoking and pet policy?
  • We ask that you please do not smoke in the house as a consideration to all our guests. If there are smokers in your party we would ask that they smoke only on the pool deck area. We have a strict no pet policy.
